Bowl Cutter AK-RAMON AS-30 is made of stainless steel. Bowl capacity is 30 liters, and it is equipped with motor 5.15 kW with 2 speeds and safety brake on the knives. Variable knife speed 1,500 rpm to 3,000 rpm. Variable bowl speed: 12 rpm to 24 rpm.
