The vacuum rotor type stuffer KOMPO MASTER is used for accurate and delicate stuffing of all types of casings with structured forcemeat while preserving the structure and quality of the product. Forcemeat used in the vacuum filler may be as low as -4C. The high portioning accuracy is provided by servo and vane cell feed system, as well as, the servo of the linking device. This raises output and guarantees accurate start/stop of the forcemeat pump.
