Poultry cutting line
The NIRO-TECH poultry cutting line is used for cutting and filleting. It is characterized by a simple and ergonomic design that ensures easy cleaning. The principle of operation is based on the fact that the gutted carcasses are placed on specially profiled stainless steel stands. Racks are attached to the transport line. The cutting line has adjustable belt speed, which allows it to be adapted to the individual needs and capabilities of users. The system of work at the line creates favorable social conditions for teamwork, ensures good organization and control of the process, increases work efficiency and productivity, and reduces stress and fatigue of employees. The line ensures a continuous, idle mode of operation.
The segmental structure of the device enables any configuration of the line length by adding successive segments of the extension, along with the increase of the required efficiency of the device.
