The grinding attachment VP-6000 is attached to a vacuum stuffer and designated to produce a clear pattern (of adjustable granularity) throughout the cut of combination cooked/smoked and dry sausage products. Application: large and medium-sized meat processing, poultry processing and fish processing enterprises.

  • Can be operated with screw and rotary fillers and clippers of any manufacturers (creating filling pressure of 20 bar);
  • Minces and evenly distributes forcemeat components;
  • stabilizes pattern on the sausage cut;
  • eliminates grinding of forcemeat by working elements of the filler;
  • reduces any porosity in sausages;
  • increases product density;
  • possibility to work with direct filling;
  • possibility of cartilage, tendons and bone fragment extraction;
