Breading Applicator & Preduster from KOMPO North America Inc. combines batter application and pre-dusting in one compact, automated unit. Designed for industrial food plants, it applies liquid batter from a 15 L external tank, drops breadcrumbs from a 30 kg hopper, and uses air knives to remove excess coating. Products travel on a 240 mm conveyor at 9–15 m/min, achieving a throughput of 3,000–4,000 items per hour. Perfect for chicken, fish, vegetable products, and more.

Built from food-grade stainless steel and non-toxic plastic, this machine ensures full hygiene compliance and durability. It features casters for mobility, a discharge height of 960 mm, and a fully tool-free, detachable design that simplifies cleaning and maintenance. The machine operates on single-phase 220 V with a low-power 184 W motor.
