AUTO Burger Maker AH-130

AUTO Burger Maker AH-130

When a meat processing plant needs to form hundreds or thousands of patties per shift without sacrificing consistency, manual forming simply isn't an option. The AUTO Burger Maker AH-130, supplied by KOMPO North America Inc. across Canada and the USA, is an industrial automatic burger forming machine built for exactly that level of demand. It takes the variability out of patty production and puts precision, speed, and repeatability back into your line — shift after shift, day after day.

Solutions Across the Food Manufacturing Industry.

We have a wide range of equipment for food manufacturers in Canada and USA in our catalogue. Whether you are in the meat, dairy, pet food or any other industry, you can find equipment that will improve your bottom line and automate your processes. Also for sausage producers we have a wide range of clips, loops and casings at the best prices on the market, and the most important thing is that our consumables are universal and suitable for any equipment of our competitors.

The AH-130 is a fully automatic burger maker designed for continuous, high-throughput patty forming in commercial and industrial food processing environments. At its core, it is a volume-based forming machine — raw meat goes in, uniform patties come out, at a rate of up to 1,800 burgers per hour.

What sets the AH-130 apart from basic patty presses is the degree of control it gives operators over the finished product. Burger diameter is adjustable across a wide range — 25 mm to 130 mm — which means the same machine can produce sliders, standard quarter-pound patties, and larger gourmet-style burgers without retooling the entire line. Variable speed control adds another layer of flexibility, allowing processors to fine-tune output based on raw material consistency, fat content, or target yield.

The 24-litre hopper capacity keeps production moving without constant reloading, which matters in facilities running continuous processing schedules. The machine operates on a standard 220 V single-phase / 50 Hz power supply, meaning most existing production environments can integrate the AH-130 without major electrical upgrades. Movement components run on 24 V low voltage, a deliberate design choice that reduces risk in wet processing environments where higher voltages pose a hazard.

Safety is built into the mechanical design as well. Micro-switches on both the lid and the dispenser plate prevent operation when the machine is open or incorrectly assembled, protecting both the operator and the integrity of the product.
