The block cutter or crusher is designed for high-intensity crushing of frozen blocks of meat, butter, margarine, juices and similar products directly from the freezer, without prior defrosting.

The frozen block cutter is an industrial-quality machine, specially designed to efficiently cut frozen blocks of meat and other products into smaller pieces for further processing. The machine features a pneumatic system that pushes the product into the cutting chamber, while four blades swiftly divide the product into manageable portions.

Safety is paramount, and the machine is equipped with integrated safety features to protect operators. These include automatic machine stoppage when the top cover is lifted and when the 200-liter buggie (used to collect meat pieces) is removed.

Additionally, the machine boasts an easy-to-use button control board, ensuring smooth operation and enhancing productivity.
